Hi

I pulled my trees into a sheltered area to winter through. All of them except two. These two Persian limes are in size 36 terra cotta pots with bark, sand, and peat as medium. I brought them inside my sunroom.

These trees are both flowering now and I want to increase my year round fruiting if I can. Artist brush? Rubbin nubs via flower to flower contact?
Spraying date rape drug(Gibb acid)?

Thanks for insight in advance..................
Scott

Scott,

Persian limes (a.k.a. Tahitian, Bearrs) need no pollination. They are essentially sterile, hence, no seeds. To maximize fruit yield, provide optimal cultural conditions. The tree is going produce more fruitlets than it can bear without your intervention. It will drop what it can't support.
