I posted this on the "Post your citrus photos" forum but think this might be a better place...?

I found about 4 of these leaves on my otherwise healthy Meyer this morning... I did a search on this forum and nothing turned up... I hope it's just nothing, I've spent two years bringing this tree back from "the edge"... The leaves mainly seem to be out of a node below a successful navel bark graft (from my sisters tree).

I don't see any issues. Citrus will throw out a strange leaf here & there, and can also have a new sport flush out.

The leaves of concern, probably came from the last flush of the year under lower light levels, and are not all that uncommon. Otherwise, as Lazz stated above the tree looks healthy. - Millet

Agreed with above. But, have to say, those are the tiniest photos ever! Could not enlarge them enough to see what was really going on with the leaves. Is your tree potted and inside or in the ground? I can't tell (old eyes). It could even be a wee bit of aphid activity, which can cause some leaf distortion.
