There are a few true dwarf trees on our newly acquired property.

I'm doing my best to germinate Flying Dragon seeds sent to me from a member here so I can let the seedlings grow, undisturbed, in full sun until I can bud them with desired varieties. So far 11 have germinated with about 10 more showing signs of germination. I have no doubt they will all germinate, but they will not all be true dwarf.

I know some of the dwarf trees on the property are on true dwarf stock because they are tiny little things, loaded with fruit.

Is there a way I can get that stock to sucker so I can use it for the row of dwarf citrus on our frontage along with the true Flying Dragon Dwarf seedlings?

Thanks so much!

They should sucker on their own. I have to remove suckers off mine multiple times a year. Make sure they are well fertilized & they should sucker a few times a year.
