Could some one help me with my time i got messed with the different times on my profile Embarassed and i think it would be better if people say my proper time for where i live.I live in Dresden Ontario Canada has anyone got the proper time that i should be using sorry people Embarassed THANKS

You might try GMT-4 hours and GMT-5 once daylight savings ends.
