I have this Citrangequat I received from Stan McKenzie last Spring.

This tree appears to be growing on its own roots (not grafted) .

If the tree already has PT parentage, what effect does grafting to a PT rootstock have? Increased hardiness? dwarfing?

Dwarfing if grafted to Flying Dragon. You may get a little more cold hardiness if grafted to trifoliata, but Citrangequat is pretty hardy on it's own.
