hi i just brought some plants from an organic farm,any way repotted them and notice a large amount of worms,look like red rigglers, just wondering if any folks out there use worms to improve soil in pots!

Worms are usually used to produce bio humus - fertilizer via vermiculture. And some of those worms you can find in soil then. Worms are not primarly dangerous for plants, but if there is a lot of worms in the small pot - it could be problem.
