Hello. With no knowledge of what i am doing, i have chucked a bunch of seeds from lemons, limes, mandarins, oranges, grapefruit into some pots and now i have a bunch of strong and healthy plants growing. The lemons and limes are about 40cm tall. My problem now is i have no idea what to expect from here. After googling for hours, i have two questions that i am struggling to find a definitive answer for:

1. Will my plants bear fruit?
2. If YES, how long does it take (ball park figure)?

If anyone can help me out with some info on this i'd appreciate it.

Yes they will bear fruit. I have found most will take between 3-5 to begin bearing if planted in the ground. Most citrus will come true to type, but some will not. It would help to know what varieties you planted.

From your IP it looks like you are in Australia. You may want to contact Pagnr for more info on growing citrus in your area.

Welcome to the forum.
