No photos of mature trees as I am only getting started growing citrus, but please allow me to share my beginnings on this rainy day.

Below are 51 of my young Seedless Lime and Meyer Lemon ready for field planting (as soon as the rain stops!).

And some new sour orange being raised for rootstocks, with Rio Star grapefruit scion material from seed in the foreground.

I'm using aluminium flashing for plant tags, scratching the names into it and tying them to the trees loosely with parachute cord. It's the only thing I could think of that will last 5+ years. What are y'all using for plant tags?

John, thanks for the aluminium flashing tip. I have been cutting up aluminium pie pans, and scratching on the names using a nail. The problem with labels made out of aluminium pie pans, is that the pans are so thin they don't hold their shape well. Aluminum flashing, being thicker, will work much better.....thanks. - Millet (363 ABO-)
