Here is a lemon cake Recipe I got from my sister.

4 Layer Lemon Cake

2 Cans condensed milk
¾ Cup Lemon Juice
Combine Condensed Milk and Lemon Juice—refrigerate to thicken

Bake 1 Lemon Cake Mix – then cut into 4 layers

Place condensed milk/lemon juice mix between layers—save 1 cup of mix and mix with a small tub of cool whip for icing. Sprinkle top with lemon zest.
