I'm thinking of ordering this from the CCPP for the January cutting. I can get California budwood thru the Texas budwood program. It is described as a true lemon like Eureka but sweet with the source of budwood to CCPP from LaVerne nursery in California: http://www.lavernenursery.com/PGlemPom.jpg Anyone tasted this one?

You meant Pomona sweet lemon?
If so, it comes highly recommended by other CRFG'ers. I have just grafted mine this summer, perhaps next year I'll have some fruits by this time in the season.

Phil,
Does the Texas budwood program have a reciprocal arrangement with CCPP budwood program? Would be eager to also obtain some "clean" budwoods from Texas.

Best ask California if they can get Texas budwood! Many of the Texas budwood came from California. All budwood(36 lots) I've gotten from Texas except Miho/Seto/MrMac satsuma came from California.
