Minimum temperature is 68 deg F, ideal for citrus growth and bananas in New Jersey. Saves on a lot of fuel for heating the house too. Main idea is to use water as massive heat energy storage or sink, and they are in the subfloors.

Don't forget to install a special woodstove and site your house on 4 wooded acres.

and also an oil heater which was never used. Their main point is not to use fossil fuels, only wood (carbon emissions neutral) which was also efficiently utilized, so the 4 acres is not at all for wood harvest for heating the house.
