A few years back, Petr Broza sent me some Citrumelo seeds. Well the tree finally bloomed this spring, but the fruit are round. Wondering what type of Citrumelo this might be? Swingle is grenade shaped...
I'll have to get some photos later today.

It could be citrumelo Batumi, they are round while the skin is orange when mature.
Fruits of 5* from Voss are also round but seedlings are rarely true to the type.
I think a photo of the leafs could help for identification.

Did you taste them Laaz? Any idea how hardy? If you have any fruit left I'll buy my seeds in the fruit and eat it (same old me...I'll try any P.t. hybrid at least once).

Laaz, how many years did it take for the tree to set fruit? How bad / good did they taste?
