Most citrus are compatable with other citrus. There are a very few exceptions, e.g., 'Murcott' is incompatable with a few things. Far more important is to be certain your scionwood doesn't have any of the virus diseases to which your rootstock and/or interstocks may be susceptible, e.g., tristeza on sour orange or above grapefruit or key lime, exocortis on Poncirus or citranges, xyloporosis on tangelos. If any of those are present with those stocks, you'll likely lose whatever is grafted beyond them (farther from the roots), or at least they'll be severely dwarfed.
