I'm trying to figure out if the Pistachio nuts need any preparation before being consumed. I have been searching around and can't find a definitive answer. Being in AnacardiaceaeI don't want to have a bad reaction by eating them raw without any treatment unless it is ok to do so.

Thanks,

Dylan

You just remove the external skin and let them dry in the sun for a few days.
That's what I found!
