I have this issue with my inground Calamondin it seems like all the new growth has shrivelled up and died with some of the branch ends with a brown sap. We are just finishing up a dry late summer here in New Zealand so I'm wondering if it could be not enough water?? Or could this be some sort of pest??
Thanks in advance Smile

Have you been watering heavily in response to the dry summer? That looks like root rot, to me.

Not overly watering IMO maybe every 3 days a heavy soak. There is however very clay soil underneath so maybe it is pooling in the hole. Maybe i'll ease up on the watering. I have a maderinequat that did something similar a year or so ago until it settled in. its fine now though.
