My neighbor sprayed some round up despite very strong north wind and some of it has drifted and damaged the foilage of my Orlando Tangelo. Is the damage long lasting? Does it just effect the foilage? The tree has dropped a lot of leaves and there are still leaves with dark spots on the tree.

I do not like Round Up. My wife sprayed some grass in a flower bed that had a ten foot tall Indian Hawthorn in it. She did not spray the tree. You know the rest. The grass is fine and thriving. The tree is dead!!! You may be lucky if the leaves are dropping. I've been told that if the leaves fall off the tree it is probably ok but if they cling to the branch then the branch is probably dead.
