I am currently using a traditional fruit picker on a telescoping pole, like this:
http://www.amazon.com/Ace-Tools-TR20090-Fruit-Picker/dp/B000UGM6YW/ref=pd_sim_ol_1
But, the picker tears up the foliage and frequently tears out the stem of the fruit since you are primarily yanking down with little or no twisting motion. It also has a tendency to get caught up in the branches easily.

Enter the Twister Picker: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BBCUD8/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&m=A29TDDV4XYVRQ1
Anyone have experience with this model? Seems like a great concept and the reviews are good...

Eric

Looks good. I put it on my Amazon wish list. Maybe I'll get one for my birthday Smile
Let me know how it works out for you.
I have the basket picker and find that it works ok for most fruit, especially small fruit, but when its something that doesn't come off easily then its a bit harder because I try to twist off but the prongs get caught on branches and it makes it hard. This twist one looks easier to work with on larger fruit
