If you look at their history there is a Pumelo plant shipped to the US & I'm sure quite a bit more. It is pretty obvious this is not a Key lime as well.

If you look at the buyer, they are in the US. Real good way to spead disease from that part of the world.

This is one case I actually feel sorry for the government. They have a lot to keep up with. USDA will contact the buyer.

The first link is seed not the plant.. different set of rules
The second is clearly a Federal Violation unless quarantine is set at receiving.
I would think that the USDA would contact eBay and suggest eBay monitor that type of activity.

Turtleman, I would also think so. However, the USDA did not do much, and is still not doing much, about the small citrus trees being sold to tourist at Florida airports. - Millet (565-)
