Hello from Texas! I'm new to the forum and am eager to learn more about Citrus. I have a Calamondin and that's about it. I am looking at growing other dwarfs or cold hardy varieties.

Welcome. If you are looking for a good cold hardy citrus for planting inground in your area, you should consider satsumas--they may need some additiona l protection, but can survive temps down into the teens if they are cold hardened. Your calamondin is not very cold hardy--you should probably keep that in a container that you can bring inside for winter.

Hello skeeter. I was looking at satsumas. The calamondin is in a pot. It goes out when warm and back inside when cool.
