Here is the report I got from my parents in Seattle for the VERY expensive sugar bells I sent them, $50 for 12, arriving about a week ago. They were the last of the season.

Easy to peel, no seeds, very flavorful, very sweet. Best citrus they have tasted.

I might add that my parents and I were Indian River Florida residents for 5 years while my dad launched the Apollo moon rockets. They have tasted peak of the season citrus fruit as we lived on Merritt Island in the heart of the Indian River fruit area. Fruit came from Hales.

Originally I thought they could save me some seeds. Hmm, I live in Texas so they won't ship the fruit to me. I changed my mind however in that greening can be transmitted by seeds. Oh, well....

Sorry I found it but had missed earlier....halegroves.com
they have honeybelles too....actually I found an old page on goggle. Hale had Sugar Belles in December only and they are not in their catalog on line today. I thought something was weird because I saw it then I could not find it again. Honeybelles are available for a short time now and Sugarbelles were available for a short time earlier. I think they were both the same price....very expensive !!

During the citrus expo, we visited a packing house at Winter Haven, FL. We were all impressed with the facilities, and the way we were treated. Upon leaving, we were all given at least one bag of citrus. A friend, who also attended the CE, has since ordered fruit from them and told me he was impressed with the result. Here is the link to their website.

Florida residents may purchase trees from Harris Citrus.

UPDATE

I contacted Harris Citrus and was told I needed to sign a "Non Propagation Agreement" and I have no problem with that. I contacted the supplier (Not Harris Citrus) and I received my "Non Propagation Agreement" After examining the 17 page document I'm not sure that I will be submitting it. This agreement gives them all rights to the tree including them entering my property to inspect the trees and if they decide to revoke the agreement, they can tell me to destroy the trees with no compensation, explanation or just cause. The agreement states that I would be growing the Sugar Belle for commercial purposes and ALL fruit would be processed by a licensed packer of which the nearest one is in central Florida.

Still studying the agreement but it looks like it will not happen. I would be falsifying the agreement if I signed it with my intentions to grow, harvest and enjoy the fruit. It disturbs me that this variety was developed by a public university and the public will not have the opportunity to purchase this tree for personal use. I’m going to call them back and see if we mis-communicated but I don’t think so.

. Sad Sad Sad
