Looks like a Meyer lemon or lemon of some type. Not sure if Meyer is available in France ? With the red flower buds It is a lemon of some type.

Yes, Citrus meyeri is available but not often labeled...
Apparently there is no budding.
The fruit appears small for Citrus meyeri (7x5cm diam) no ?

Citrus meyerii can come in different sizes. Sometimes shape too. But yours is typical Meyer lemon fruit size for that size of tree.
