I am looking to buy some rangpur lime trees in the fort myers area. I am looking for 2-3 year old or older trees. If anyone has some to seed or knows of a nursery I would appreciate it. |

I have a Rangpur lime, but I don't know why, other than my desire to collect one of everything. I think I got it from the place over in the Florida panhandle. |

I am looking at these because I am tired of my lime trees getting burned into non-production. Do you use the fruits at all and do you like the flavor is it as tart as regular limes?
Thanks

I use the fruits in gin and tonics and also in marmalade. They are not so tart as a regular lime or key lime. |

I was going to sell my plant on ebay because it was so ugly and didn't grow much, but never got around to it this summer. This fall I had 2 or 3 fruits on it, and loved them! I made "rangpur lime pie", (like key lime pie), and it was delicious!
Now I want another tree, so I have 2! _________________ Susan B
