I've been forcing the bud on what I grafted last fall. This spring has been a little slow in the selling of trees. Sold lots of Model A Ford parts though! I bought 500 3 gallon recycled pots this year and used them all. The local master gardeners aren't letting me sell trees this year like they did last year at their April plant sale. Come to think of it, I don't know why they let me sell last year as I sold about 60 trees and probably grossed more than they did.
I looked at my budwood tonight. Looks like a few more weeks to wait for bark to be really slipping and rootstock growing vigorously.
