It is not necessary to provide any particular temperature after grafting, but in general, grafting is done when temps are in the 70s and 80s F (20-30 C).

correct me if i am wrong but the important thing is not letting it get too hot. 90's+. other than that it is not too important if it gets little cold. just slows the graft healing down.
i think this because scion is stored in refrigerators, just fine.

The best time to do grafting is in the mornings or evenings and the day time maximum temperature is between 80 to 90 deg F for about one week. This has been shared to me by several master grafters whom I have befriended through the years. This is one big factor for grafting success in citruses.
