My lisbon lemon is already blooming-- we are at at least 3 weeks from average last frost. I hope the "warm" winter holds on a little longer here!
We have 40's and 50's forecast for the next 10 days-- I think one day the low may drop into the upper 30's. If we can get another 10 days like that I just might make it.

Skeeter, my Lisbon bloomed and set quite a bit of fruit back in late November & early December, before our January cold snap. So far most of the fruit is holding on. I thought my Corpaci was going to follow suit, but then the blooms went somewhat dormant. They're just now beginning to "spring" to life again. I hope the differing bloom periods is a regular thing, so that I get a more extended harvest.
As long as you don't get a sudden, significant temperature drop, I think your Lisbon will be OK.

I definitly hope so, I have yet to get fruit from the tree, but it is over 8 ft tall now. It looks like I will have to try some of Joe's tricks since they just changed that upper 30's forecast for Monday to a low of 29.

Well, we got down to 27 according to the weather service-- and I live about a mile from the airport where the weather station is. I had all of my trees covered and used bags of cow manure to bank the trunks. I don't know how much cold the new flush and flowers buds on my lemon can handle, but I hope covering it was enough help to get it through.
We don't have any more freezing weather forecast for the next 10 days, but 4-5 days before this they were only predicting a low in the mid 30's and there are at least a couple mid 30's in the current 10 day forecast.

I just removed the sheets and pillow cases that I used on some of my citrus-- I left the frost blankets on since they transmit light so well. Only one limb of the lemon seems to have had the new growth killed-- it was a single branch growing up above the roof line and covered with a pillow case. All of the new shoots on it are black, all of the shoots and flower buds on the lower section covered with the frost blanket are still bronze colored and firm.

I just looked at the weather radar-- we're getting sleet here, but east of us between here and Tallahassee they are getting snow! Crazy weather!

My Eureka lemons and Tahiti limes have been blooming for over a month. They're container plants and in the hoophouse so it't not a problem.
My foolish Meyer lemon has been blossoming since the first of the year and I've already had to cover it once and will have to again this weekend.

The really rough stuff was to the southeast of me, about forty miles for the closest one. We got torrential rain, but no damaging winds.
We still haven't dropped below thirty yet. We were predicted to go to twenty two one night, but that was the night we hit thirty. Just enough to finish off my peppers in the garden nearly two months past our average first frost date.
