I found some tiny white bugs on my orange tree this morning. They're white, about the size of the head of a pin, oval with a black line running long ways with prependicular black lines. (kind of like the keel of an old boat). They were on the underneath of the leaves, usually hiding in a curl. Are these leaf miners(some of the leaves had CLM damage. They were also were hiding around the stem of some of the smaller, new oranges. What are they and how should I kill them? Thanks, Jack.
