Hi,I am getting a similar thing with my navel orange. An idea and please if
i am wrong someone please correct me but citrus need pottasium to
produce flowers. You could try liquid feeding blood and bone which has
nitrogen and phospherus but no potassium. That might encourage vegetative
growth.Otherwise keep removing flowers is your only option. At least you
know you have root growth,as it goes in cycles.Cheers

Sometimes when a tree has undergone too much stress and started to recover, it will spring out abundant blooms, even in citruses. Has happened to me several times. In fact inducing a little bit of stress can coax the tree to bloom, it is like reminding them that they are about to die, so they should produce fruits, and hence seeds to insure survival of future generation, so they bloom.

SO my tree may Die ?
Ouch I have new soil to pot it in Joe im thinking maybe thats whats needed . Its a new 2 yr old and when i got it it didnt look too shabby but now its just going Bezurko.

so replant it or ?
the dust is caused by some stirr up when the wind hits the fence or when the dogs run . Ill have to get something out to protect the plants from it that back yard is nothing but sand ive added lots of dirt to fromt and side yards . right now its under the sun room with out the walls . Might have to Negociate a deal with a neighbor . hes been wanting something from me for a while so looks like i will have to dig up my Tree. Ucaliptus thats weaping . I tied some weights to the branches ( Dont Tell) so it would weap instead of go straight to the wires that are over head . Its kinda cool. Tammy

Tammy, from studying your tree's pictures, it looks to me that there is nothing at all wrong with your tree. It just produced a lot of blooms. Ninty-five percent of the blooms whould never have produced any fruit, even if you had not plucked them from the tree. You can pull off all the bloom to encourage additional growth if you wish additional growth instead of fruit, or just leave the tree alone and it will take care of the situation just fine all by itself. From the picture that you posted, you look to have a nice healthy tree. - MIllet
