Hi all. I have been thinking of crossing a ponderosa lemon with a kumquat. I have been looking around for information of this cross but have come up empty handed. Does anyone know if this cross has been made and in so, how did the fruit turn out? In addition, is there a database available for people to view the known crosses? Also, are there any known techniques for decreasing the years it takes to get from seed to first fruit?
