Every time i take out my Navel Orange outside in the full Sun the new growth wilts? Put it in the shade and it purks up. It fine in my sunroom in the south window, full Sun, it only does this when i take it outside. Why is this happening? I give it plenty of water. Question

This is completely normal for a young growth. Once the branches harden off a bit, they'll stop wilting.
You're probably doing everything right, and there's nothing to worry about.

to add to what igor wrote, new young growth transpires water out its leaves at a more rapid rate than does older leaves. Therefore young growth wilts faster than the more mature foliage. As igor wrote, it should soon harden off. Further, outside has wind, inside does not. - Millet

In full sun a small pot can esily warm up too much; citrus roots - like other plants - don't like this a lot. At least this is my direct experience. A lot of times during hot weather periods i had to water citruses not because the dirt was dry but just to cool down the root zone.
