A new update:

a lot of nice leaves!

And the stem starts producingen leaves as wel :s Is that normal? (perhaps by spraying the plant on a regular basis a couple of times a day?)

Yes, it's normal. If the stem is the rootstock, then remove them.

And these pictures I took today because it seems that something is wrong with the plant, it looks like its lacking on somthing(all the leaves as you can see are new from this season):

A lot of leaves are "bending"

also the parts between the veins are like roadbumps on the bigger leaves

Close up of the bigger leaf

Lacking of deepgreen color:

I would not worry about your citrus plant. The leaves should be dark green but it it not uncommon for some leaves to be light green and mottled. It seems that citrus is very sensitive to nutrient deficiency. Some of my citrus plants have manganese deficiency but fruit production is still excellent. If you see vein clearing that is a possible sign of root rot and is something to worry about.

Have your fertilized your plants recently? It does not look that bad though and sometimes it is better to do nothing.

This one didn't get fertilizer because it lost all its leaves at the end of winter.
I did give it a small amount fertilizer yesterday though, hoping it will make a change.
