I think they would have if the tree I put them on had not done so poorly--it just now has a couple leaves starting to come out on the lowest limb. I still have hope for the graft on that limb, but I guess I should have waited till I had an established tree. I did not expect a 5 gal potted tree to have that much problem with transplanting.

If it survives I will try again next year if you are still willing.

I have 3 varieties of persimmon now--the 2 I just added are breaking.

I don't know how well the apples I grafted are going to do-- 1 is doing great, 2 are just hanging in with about 2-3 leaves. My Fuji tree has not come out yet nad niether has the graft of it on Granny Smith. My brother says all 3 of the apple grafts I did on his trees took.

I can send you some of these next yr if you want.

This is the Florida king. I have taken heavy losses from two culprits. Squirrels and grandkids. " target="_blank">http://citrus.forumup.org/Wink

Nice! My FloridaQueen is just now coming out-- I think it had a bad case of scale which I eventually got under control. Maybe if it gets healthy, I can try grafting it again next spring.
