Sometimes, with multiple or heavy fruits, stems are broken or damaged by the weight. Often I provide support by "bagging" the fruit(s) in the same produce mesh bags you see in the grocery store and attaching the bag to a bungee strap....hooked to stable support overhead. Just enough tension to support most of the fruit's weight. My pummelo gets this treatment everytime that it produces.

Hi Joe. Being that your growing in a greenhouse in CO, are your fruit getting enough heat to sweeten up as they should ?

They're as sweet as those that I tasted at the Expo. I don't think they're as sweet as Texas or other grapefruit areas produce, but you can eat these fresh, out of hand and they're plesant.
