Gina, # 4 is where I took the quote from on my post of "How to T Bud" here. Yes, they used strips of bread bags there too. It does give good reasons why they T Bud!

In 1994 when I was in Belize the natives were cutting bread wrapper into budding strips.Buding tape was not available and they did not have funds to buy tape. Tape was given to the person that was helping me.
