Stuff a whole chicken (or duck or turkey) with quartered lemons, limes, and oranges or kumquats, plus an quartered small onion and peeled garlic cloves if you like them.
Cook as usual in a pan small enough to collect the drippings without them drying out and burning.
Filter and make gravy out of the drippings, either by adding cornstarch or flour (premixed with a bit of COLD water) or a packet of dry gravy mix (premixed with a bit of COLD water).
If you used kumquats you can pick them out and eat them.
