These are supreme. My vines are really loaded on the sidewalk/fence side and cleaned out by mockingbirds on the grass side! This one makes a pretty nice bunch. The vine loads up on fruit and is not too vigorous. Some others have just a loose bunch. After 5 years I finally have more than the mockingbirds can eat, although they eat all my figs. See the quarter. Most are quarter sized or bigger. I have in order of how I like them: f-darlene(best for fresh eating), f-supreme/black beauty(tie for best jelly), p-late fry, f-sweet jenny(I didn't get any this year) f-pam, p-granny val, and p-ison. I cut down the granny val and then let it grow back as my yield was lower without this good pollinator. Funny this year I didn't get any granny val, sweet jenny, pam or ison. Got lots of supreme, darlene, and black beauty. Late frys are still green. I used to have dixie red but cut it down to let the darlene grow a longer vine. I'm told that 3 pollinators(p) to 1 female(f) is best. My ratio is 1:1:
