Hello everyone. Recently I found an online store from where can I buy a little mandarin tree. Variety is Tardivo , writes that this is an Italian type Clementine. I could not find some information here http://users.kymp.net/citruspages/ for this variety ? Can anyone tell me anything about this variety, it easily grown, what are the fruits of taste. Also writes that the fruits tend to be seedless? Rolling Eyes

Hello,
Tardivo is italian word for - "late"
It could be "Avana Tardivo di Ciaculli"
http://www.citrusvariety.ucr.edu/citrus/avana_tardivo.html
In Italy are two main varieties of citrus deliciosa - Mediterranean/Willowleaf/Comun types - it is not clementina.
Avana Apireni (Apireno means "early") and Avana Tardivo.

Did you read name "Tardivo" on orange label attached to tree?
Country of origin have to be marked on phytosanitary label like this.
Judging by colors of phytosanitary label - which I saw on citrus trees from Italy and Spain, orange color is usually used for phytosanitary label from Spain and blue for phytosanitary label of trees from Italy - but it is only my opinion.

That's why I'm here in this forum. This did not know! So far this nursery have problems with citrus trees. So when ordering them ask for that detail. Thanks for all the answers
