Here is a couple of photos of cuttings I struck last summer (Aug 2008) for my boss lady. They were a couple that she didn't care to keep because they callused but didn't take root soon enough to suit her. Brought them home, and potted up and placed in the sun, fed and watered, .....short story....they lived and prospered!

This is a Ponderosa lemon.

This is a Parson's Brown orange.

I know there are problems with these on their own roots, but I hope to get them on some rootstock asap.

I have a Meyer's lemon cutting that was struck at the same time. It is alive and well, nicely callused, but hasn't put out a single leaf or growth. I am patiently waiting for it to decide to grow on. I'm wondering if there is some rule about where the cutting was taken, on whether it is a candidate for cuttings? Is this possible?
