Have anybody seen Yuzu seedling blooming after 8-9 months? Laughing

No, not particularly Yuzu.
But we have discussed this several times before. Single terminal flowers do occur on first-year citrus seedlings, most commonly on pummelo and grapefruit. They usually fall off before the fruit develops, but if supported can sometimes form small fruits.
Unfortunately this does not indicate the end of the juvenile phase - plants will not fruit again until the normal years of waiting have passed.

Thank you Citrange!
Three years ago one of my grapefruit seedling produce a single teminal flower also. In fact all I want is to share with you that Yuzu can produce single terminal flower also.
On hungarian forum was posted one or two years ago a photo with an aurantium seedling producing single terminal flower too.
Here is a photo with my grapefruit seedling where the fruit reach the pea size then fall off.:
