Hi.... Very Happy

I would like to know what is a Heated Plant
and Seed Starter ? Are they good for starting Citrus
cuttings ?

For seeds I like using that jiffy mix or pellets
for cuttings I use the jiffy mix
for heat I assume your trieing to say heat pads, and yes the heat pads do extremely well if your in cold areas
