That's good news Joe.
one better way to prepare which my 3 teenage boys are the judges.
They all love my lemonade recipe . They prefer this to soda which is very expensive in the long run.
Remove the yellow rind of one Eureka lemon (Only because I have one matured tree in my yard)
Do the same to 2 fresh oranges (I have this too in season)
3/4 cup of sugar
1 -2 cups of ice
Put all in a blender and blend.
And enjoy. |

Benny - Do you use the lemon/orange rinds, or, the fruit itself?"?

Bill:
You remove the skin, the orange part of the orange and the lemon but leave the white part of the fruit. I heard that these are good stuff needed by our body to counteract cancer and stuff.
But if you really want a very sweet smooth tasting lemonade remove the white part also..

Most all of the acid citrus should have high levels of citrates I believe and any edible citrus should have at least fair amounts.
Now I can claim health reasons for the Key lime and seltzer water that I like to have with supper everynight.

I did say 'fruit'
Yes, they are all good for you.
There seemed to have a grapefruit diet if I remember right.
