What would be a good starting try ppm for a GA3 spray to make citrus fruit set?

There is nothing out there about how much for miracle fruit which has a notoriously low fruit set, so I'd like to start with ppm for citrus.

An old CRFG article I googled said 800ppm.

To set fruit on citrus, (and tomatoes, peppers) the rate is 10 PPM. I have used GA3 for years, it works well. GA3 does not set fruit on every type of plant. Whether it works on miracle fruit or not, I don't know. - Millet (874-)

I bought several magic powders from this place:

They were cheap and probably don't work but what the heck!
