I thought it was illegal to send citrus seeds to CA or TX, but saw on a post people were sending them to CA???
So, does anyone know the story??

Susan,

It is illegal to send any parts of citrus plants, including seeds, to TX. CA, most likely, has similar regulations.

I believe it might be legal to ship citrus seed into California????
