A couple of years ago I noticed a few of my citrus plants developing yellow blotches on mainly older leaves. I think it was Dr. Manners who suggested this was possibly due to biuret in a high urea soluble fertiliser.
I changed to a different feed which seemed from its ingredient list to probably be low biuret.
This year I've again noticed these blotches - quite extensive on a few plants. It has even appeared on one leaf of a sunflower seedling I was growing in my greenhouse.
Could this be CIVV? It doesn't look the same as pictures on the internet, but I'm not sure. Or is it again likely due to biuret?
Any suggestions? Anyone else seen these symptoms?

I don't recognize these blotches as any specific problem, but they look more like a physiological disorder (which could include a toxicity such as biuret), rather than like a virus symptom -- especially with it also on Helianthus. But I'm sorry, I don't know what it is.
