Hi whoever's out there!

My daughter planted a lemon seed a few years ago and the plant was doing really well at first but i'll be honest and say that it has been a little abandoned this last year and has suffered from winter leaf drop and a lack of pruning.

I really want to try and "fix" it as my daughter will be devastated to see it go but i don't know how to nurse it back to health and make it look good too!

The leaves appear quite healthy and from reading forum posts, I'm guessing our mistake was having the plant in front of a window when the soil was too cold over the winter. The new growth leaves look absolutely fine!

Anyway, my questions are:
How do I prune this into a manageable shape etc?
Will the leaves fill back in where they fell off?
How do i encourage it to flower/fruit once it's healthy again (we've had nothing yet from it!)?

I really appreciate any help and advice you can give!
