The story :
I got a 8 Ft tall Oroblanco growing in my backyard. The tree is 4 years old.
Its been doing great every year till this year. Everything has started when I sprayed the tree with Citrus Growing Blend - Organic based, I did it twice. I got this soon after.



Now the tree looks even worse. I have 5 fruit hanging from it , last year was 10. Tree has been doing great till now. Here is the pix of the leafs.

After reading this forum I came to the conclusion that I have Manganese deficiency. Am I right?
If so how do I fix it?
If not whats wrong with my tree. It always been growing really fast and been getting bigger and bigger every year FAST. This year I got 1 little new growing branch thats 1 inch long and its not moving!
I'm very worried. Tree leafs are getting more yellow every month.

Location - San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles CA.
Gets full 8 hrs of sun, watering via drip system, Tree did not get water for past 3 weeks, because I was thinking that I was over watering it.

It does look like a manganese deficiency. The deficiency can be corrected by applying Manganese sulfate or manganese chelate. This condition can also be brought on by long term irrigating with water high in bicarbonates. Honestly, I do not believe that the organic grow spray had anything to do with this situation. I think it is only coincidental that the symptoms showed at about the same time. - Millet

Whats the best product that you can recommend?
Is there something in Lowe / HD that I could buy or do I have to go to local nursery.
I looked up the Manganese sulfate and I got bunch of different products online. Which one you like ?

You might find Manganese Sulfate at Home Depot, nurseries, or on line. Most of the different MnSo4 varieties are just the amount of hydration molecules. Nothing to worry about. I seen a supplier on line that sells 5-lb. bags, for under $10,00., You might find some manganese chelate at Home depot or a nursery. It would work great as a foliar spray. - Millet.

You can also just fertilize with a good citrus fertilizer that has the micros included. I would consider trying to find Gro Power Citrus & Avocado Food. You should be able to find it at your local good nursery center. And boy, don't know about not watering your tree for the last 3 weeks, it has been ungodly hot out here, and I'm 7 miles from the coast. You're in the San Fernando Valley! I would check your tree before you decide not to water for 3 weeks. That is really much too long, unless you're sitting on solid clay. Get yourself somoe sort of stake (I just use one of those cheap green, plastic covered garden stakes) and push it down into the ground about 18 to 24". If you can push it down 18", and if it comes up moist, you're fine. If not, you probably need to water. Be sure to fertilize at least 3 times a year, starting in late January/early February, again in about 6 weeks, then in July and a last application in September. You may also want to treat for Citrus Leafminer in the beginning of June as well, if you see CLM damage this year.

Or you can buy 1lb of STEM(micronutrients) from me. I had to buy a 25# bag. $5 plus $5 postage.

For foliar spray application. Where manganese deficiency exists, use 3.5-OZ. manganese sulfate dissolved in 25-Gallons of water. (0.7-OZ. in 5-gallons of water.) Do not spray the foliage during the heat of the day, or if rain is expected within 48 hours. - Millet

First I want to say thnx to everyone who responded.

Well I gave a 1 Lbs of fertilizer + some Ironite + something called Western State B1 with Manganese + Zinc + other nutrients (found that in HD).
With all that now my tree its growing like it did before but now the new growth is so dark green like I have never seen before and there is a ton of it.I even found few flowers, so I'm going to get more fruit.

The only thing I'm worry about is are leaf miners.
I know that there is some oil I can buy?

Nevertheless tree is growing and now I know what to do.
