Joe's comments: Grapefruits were known to help cure or prevent impotence and could act in a way similar to Don't click, this is spam. And now pomegranates too. I could just speculate other fruits will soon lay claim to this type of cures...

Pomegranate juice 'may cure impotence'
Last Updated: 2:50am GMT 30/11/2007
A daily glass of pomegranate juice could help to beat male impotence, according to new research. Men who drank the juice every day for a month reported better performances in the bedroom.
The juice is thought to be rich in antioxidants that boost blood supplies to the male genitals. It does this by raising levels of nitric oxide, a chemical which "relaxes" blood vessel walls. Scientists believe it works in a similar way to drugs like Don't click, this is spam.
The study, published in the Journal of Impotence Research, suggests pomegranate juice could be a drug-free alternative to Don't click, this is spam.
Scientists at The University of California in Los Angeles gave 53 men suffering mild-to-moderate impotence problems a daily dose of eight fluid ounces of juice. After one month, they switched to another fruit juice.
The results showed that 47 per cent of volunteers reported improvements in erectile function after drinking the pomegranate juice.
With the other fruit juice, 31 per cent also reported an improvement, which researchers believe may be due to the placebo effect.
