Thanks guys,

Before you know it I had 70 something trees. I just did an inventory and even I am amazed. No wonder the wife has enacted the "Citrus Embargo Act of 2006".... Now if I want another tree I have to sneak it in somewhere... "What? That tree? It was here when we moved in, Dear!"

FYI... learn to graft.. bud wood is easier to sneak.. Wink
"oh no dear.. the lemons on that branch are just a freak of nature.. I know they look and taste like clementines.. Rolling Eyes but they came off the lemon tree.. So they HAVE to be lemons!! Shocked "
Laughing How about..... The citrus Genie brought them?? genie (note the genie is babyblue.. HEHEHE)
Or maybe the citrus fairy brought them?? fatina
you have a wonderful looking addiction err uhh I mean collection..
Hubby asked me if I am ever going to have enough trees.. I said.. No.. there is NEVER enough!!! even if ya think you have every thing you want.. they are coming up with new stuff or you realize that you don't have _____ (fill in the blank)..
First step is realizing you have an addiction.. next step... join a CHA support group to exchange budwood.. or go to a citrus convention.. lol

Yes, same here. I had to sneak with one if I want a new one in my yard.
One day, I confided this to my father-in-law, her father. I bought a new tree and I put it beside my house before I enter. 10 minutes later, my wife knew my secret.
I never confide with my FIL again. This happened 4 years ago.
Superb collection BTW.

I have been banned from buying any plants about 4 years ago.

But not when it comes to grafting, but now that is being scrutinized.

Fortunately, she hasn't come up with any counter-argument Razz

Well, I can pretty much purchase and do anything I wish concerning citrus trees, well over a hundred when you count established trees (75 +or -) plus who know how many seedlings trees. BUT I, myself am going to have to put a break on my on passions, as it is getting out of hand. - Millet
