New growth on my Minneola tangelo is contorted. See pics here: https://picasaweb.google.com/elinthicum/20110801?authuser=0&authkey=Gv1sRgCPnSwJXZ6aHKugE&feat=directlink Is this from thrips or ?? I have both horticultural oil and insecticidal soap - which would be better?

Thanks,
Eric

It's not the cupped leaves that concern me, it's the wrinkly, crinkly contorted appearance - see the 2nd pic in the link.

Forgot to thank you, turtleman - yours was the correct diagnosis. I'm going to proactively treat with Spinosad and neem oil this season and stay vigilant.
