On the four winds website it recommends pinching out the growing tips for branches that are getting too long. I know how everyone feels about pruning citrus, don't do it, but what is the general consensus on pinching? Will it affect future fruit growth?

Pinching a tip of a vigerous branch is not really the same as pruning--it should just result in more branches and a bushy growth habit--it is really a matter of choice.

Thanks Skeeter, I have a couple of leggy branches that I think I'm going to pinch out.
