I found Chara Mandarin in a local store.
Searching web I found no info about Chara.
How hardy this variety could be ?

Talking with the manufacturer I got this:
Proper name: Unschiu Chahara Mandarin
Harvest: early October
Hardiness:
-10 C (exposed up to 1 hour)
-8 C (exposed up to 24 hours)
